Hello Rainbow Creek Families!

We are so proud of our grade six basketball teams who represented Rainbow Creek this past weekend. Our grade six girls played at Eastlake and our two teams of grade six boys played at Horseshoe Crossing. Our players demonstrated skill, talent, and sportsmanship. We are so proud of their efforts!
We also want to send a huge thank you to our coaches for their time, support, and dedication. Thank you, Mrs. Speers and Mrs. Vannus for coaching our girls’ team. Thank you to Mr. Stewart and Mr. Knight for coaching our two boy’s teams. We appreciate you!

Reminder to Families:

April 18th - April 27th

Spring Break - No School for Students and Staff

E-Scooters and E-Bikes

No E-scooters or E-bikes will be permitted in the building. If your child chooses to ride these to school, they need to park outside, locked up at the bike rack. Please note, as a school, we are not liable for lost or stolen scooters and bikes.

Late Student Sign-in

We will now have late students sign themselves in on the iPads when they come into the office. This will be a bit of a learning curve for the students, but they seem to be catching on fairly quickly. Please remind your child to sign-in on the iPad or they may be marked absent which could result in the automated call home. Please be patient with all of us as this is something new for everyone. Don’t hesitate to call if you do receive a phone call and know that your student is here.

Upcoming Events:

April 9th - Kindergarten Spring Walk

April 10th - Fancy Dress Up Day and PM Bus Evacuation Drill

April 15th and 16th in the morning – Yoga for Kids

April 18th - April 27th - Spring Break - No School for Students and Staff

April 29th - Walk/Ride to School
