Staff have been working incredibly hard this week to learn and prepare for our returning and new students. We are equally excited to welcome our students and families into the school and look forward to an amazing year of learning ahead.
Please do not hesitate to let us know if you have questions as the year gets started.

School Grounds and Safety:
Our school site continues to be an active construction site. Please remind your children that they should not climb on or try to enter the fenced in area where construction and landscaping will take place.
Walk Your Wheels: Please Walk Your Bikes on the School Grounds
To ensure the safety of all students and staff, we are asking everyone to walk their bicycles while on the school grounds and anywhere near the construction area. Riding bikes on school grounds can be dangerous due to limited visibility, uneven surfaces, and increased foot traffic. We kindly ask for your support in reinforcing this rule with your child.
Dress for the Weather
We kindly ask that you ensure your child(ren) are dressed for the weather. Recess and Recess Lunch take place outside and unless inclement condition protocols are put into place, all students will be required to participate in outdoor playtime. Please ensure jackets, toques and mitts, appropriate shoes, rubber/winter boots are accessible to ensure comfort and safety.
All students are required to have indoor shoes, a water bottle, and please note that students will not have access to a microwave throughout the day.
Staff Parking Lot and Student Drop Off
Please choose safety over convenience when dropping your child off. Remember the staff parking lot is not for student or family use. Parking is available in the front and north side of the school. The bus loop is only designed for buses and not for public use. We thank you for your support and cooperation.
